Upon moving to the Catskill Mountain region of the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York, I was immediately enthralled by the history and scenery of the mountains and spooky woodlands.

 And settling in the town of Catskill in 2004 where American landscape painting began has been endlessly fascinating.

I am a self taught painter and musician. I've had painting shows in New York city and elsewhere but am in love with the idea of sharing my little visions of the Hudson Valley.

The paintings are inspired by the area but are almost entirely done from my imagination.
